Our guarantee applies only to manual on-site county and statewide criminal record searches.
If we do not report a criminal conviction that existed within the previous seven (7) years and you are able to provide documentation verifying that conviction, we will refund the full purchase price of the applicable search.
Claims under this guarantee must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date.
Database searches are not covered under this guarantee. Throughout our website we explain that database searches are intended as an affordable preliminary research tool and should not be considered a substitute for manual court record research. When complete accuracy is required, we recommend ordering an on-site county or statewide criminal record search.
Many legitimate searches result in responses such as:
• No Records Found
• Clear
• No Citations on Record
• No Matching Records
These are valid search results and do not qualify for a refund.
Once investigative research has been completed and the requested report has been delivered, refunds cannot be issued simply because no records were located.
The public and proprietary databases used during investigative research are continually updated by their respective data providers.
Although we make every effort to provide the most accurate information available, FindOutTheTruth.com, Inc. cannot guarantee that database information supplied by third-party sources will always be current, complete, or error-free. Accordingly, our guarantee does not extend to information that is outdated, incomplete, or inaccurate within third-party databases.
Most reports are delivered electronically to the email address provided during checkout.
If you do not receive your report within the published turnaround time, please contact us promptly.
Occasionally, email providers, spam filters, junk mail folders, security software, or mailbox size limitations may prevent successful delivery. We recommend adding research@FindOutTheTruth.com to your safe sender list before placing your order.
