The quickest and most convenient way to order is directly through our secure website using a major credit card or PayPal.
Most investigations submitted before 3:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, are completed the same business day.
Unless otherwise noted, most reports are delivered within one business day after we receive your completed subject information.
Do you provide telephone support?
To help keep operating costs low and provide competitive pricing, customer support is provided through email and our online contact form rather than by telephone.

How will I know my payment was received?

How will I receive my completed report?
Completed reports are delivered electronically to the email address provided during checkout.
How quickly will I receive my results?
Most investigations submitted before 3:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, are completed the same business day.
Unless otherwise specified, completed reports are generally delivered within one business day after we receive your completed subject information.
Weekends and holidays are excluded.
Do you offer bulk pricing?
Yes.
Volume discounts are available on many of our investigative services.

Is my personal information secure?
Absolutely.

Your personal information is never sold or shared with third parties.
For security purposes, customer information is generally retained for approximately 60 to 90 days before being securely purged from our systems.
Will the subject know I ordered a background investigation?
No.
We do not contact the subject of your investigation, and they have no way of knowing a search was requested through our agency.
The confidentiality of every investigation is extremely important to us.
In rare circumstances involving suspected fraud, credible threats, stalking, harassment, or when required by law, information may be provided to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
Where do I submit my subject information?
After completing your purchase, simply submit your subject information using our secure online submission form.
One submission is required for each individual.
