Turnaround Times

Most investigations are completed within one business day (excluding weekends and holidays). Please refer to the individual service description for the estimated turnaround time applicable to your order, as some investigations require additional processing time.

County Criminal Record Searches

Manual county criminal record searches are not completed within one business day. Because these investigations require manual courthouse research, turnaround times generally range from 1–7 business days, depending on the jurisdiction.

Manual court research provides the highest level of accuracy available and remains the preferred method when comprehensive county criminal record information is required.

Your completed report will be delivered electronically as soon as your investigation has been completed.
