A: Using our shopping cart function, we gladly accept: Google Payments, PayPal Payments, Regular Credit Card Payments via Authorize.net, eChecks, Money Orders, Cashier Checks, Corporate Checks, and FindOutTheTruth.com Gift Certificates.  If you have difficulty using PayPal in any way, please contact PayPal @ 888-221-1161. Q: How secure is the checkout process?

A: Once you've added an item to the shopping cart, you will immediately be taken to the FindOutTheTruth.com secure server. Q: How do I know if my payment processed correctly?

A: When you submit your credit card information and your payment has been completed, you will receive a confirmation eMail from research@FindOutTheTruth.com. We also would advise that you add our eMail address to your address book. This can help to keep our eMail from not being delivered or landing in your spam filter/folder. Depending on which method of payment you select will determine what additional type of confirmation eMail you receive. We also suggest that you keep the eMail from us for future reference. In addition, please include your ORDER NUMBER and ORDER DATE with all correspondence.
 



Q: Can I change or cancel my order once submitted?

A: We ask that you contact us via research@FindOutTheTruth.com to request a cancellation. If your order has not been processed, we may allow a cancellation. We do reserve the right to offer you a refund in the form of a store credit. If your order has been processed and completed, obviously, we would not allow a cancellation. If you need to make a change or addition to your order, please either refill your subject information via our form @ /subjectinfo.php or contact us at research@FindOutTheTruth.com.



Q: How will I receive the results of my search?

A: We will provide you with your report upon its completion at the eMail address provided during payment. We kindly ask that you maintain the same eMail address throughout the entire transaction. When we receive conflicting eMail addresses we are not able to guarantee the time frame of your results. All orders are matched up via eMail address. If you are unsure exactly which eMail was used, please provide all available addresses for yourself. Please make sure we have your complete and correct eMail address. Without a working eMail address, we are unable to deliver the results of your search. Q: How soon will I receive my results?

A: Orders are completed with 24 business hours (unless otherwise specified) from the time your subject information is received. Most orders ordered before 3:00 PM EST Monday - Friday, are completed the same business day. If ordering a delayed search, we kindly ask that you allot 1- 7 business days for completion. These results are searched manually at the state or county level and therefore take more than 24 business hours to complete. Q: What if it has been 24 business hours or more and I have not yet received my results?

A: Most importantly, we are NOT a scam. We are a reputable company that has been in business for over six years. Rest assured we will make sure you receive your requested research. Secondly, if you have not received your order results within the specified time frame, reasons may be that your eMail address is not able to receive eMails from us due to junk mail folders/filters, SPAM guards, or MB receiving limits. In cases where these filters are present, your filter must be set to allow eMails from FindOutTheTruth.com to reach you. This can also help to keep our eMail from not being delivered or landing in your spam filter/folder. eCheck customers will receive their results within 24 business hours from the date in which we receive notification from PayPal that their eCheck has cleared. eChecks may take up to seven days to clear. Buyer satisfaction is largely dependent upon making informed buying decisions at the time of purchase. Q: Is my personal information secure?

A: Your confidentiality is completely protected. Your personal information will never be available or sold to any third party. Your information is kept for a period of ninety (90) days and then purged.
 



Q: Will the person I am conducting the search on ever find out?

A: Absolutely not. Your confidentiality is 100% guaranteed. We will not contact the subject of your search, now or in the future. The subject has no way of knowing about the search or who ordered it. The same holds true for any type of search we provide -- no one will know about your search unless you tell them yourself. In cases of fraud, we will send a letter to your subject notifying them that an individual from a certain IP address illegally obtained information concerning them. In addition, we also notify our local and federal government.
 



Q: Can I dispute the results provided to me?

A: If you can show the results provided to you to be incorrect, or if you are unhappy with any other aspect of the service you received, you may contact us either via eMail research@FindOutTheTruth.com. By not writing to us within thirty (30) days of the date on which we received your order and payment for the service in concern, you are irrevocably waiving your right to dispute the service. No dispute or appeal will be considered and no refund issued after the thirty (30) day period.
